A territory rich in experience

Oasis of wellness… at home

Villa Mille Querce is an oasis of peace – its secluded position among green fields and rolling hills combined with wellness offers a perfect place where to relax, let the troubles melt away and regenerate your body and soul.

Enjoy a swim in the pool with views of the fields in the valley and Sibillini mountains, regenerate in the hot tub using natural elements of heat, water and air, relax in the sun or in the shadow outside, maybe immersed in your favorite book or simply enjoy the peace, the views and sunsets with a glass of wine in your hand.

Take a walk among our fields and groves to rediscover nature, have a picnic in the shadows of olive trees or maybe spend a few hours with us to learn more about our care of our land. Villa Mille Querce offers numerous entertainment options – home theater or xbox next to the fireplace for rainy days, external children’s (and not only) play area and a couple of bicycles to discover the area on two wheels. For those who prefer to admire the landscape from a horse saddle, nearby equestrian centers are there to make it happen.

Cities of art, medieval villages and archeological sites

Thanks to its central location, Villa Mille Querce is a great starting point to discover Le Marche, a region full of history, rich in architecture and treasures of our ancestors. Numerous itineraries will take you to little hilltop medieval villages, such as Monte Giberto, Ortezzano, Petritoli or Torre di Palme to name just a few.

Have a walk in the center, admire little churches, palaces of aristocrat families, narrow alleys with hidden gardens and great views but remember to stop at one of the tiny restaurants or bars for an authentic local experience.

Bigger cities include Fermo, famous for its ancient library and well-preserved roman cisterns, Loreto, a popular international pilgrim destination for its Sanctuary of Holy House with Black Madonna, or Macerata with an amphitheater that hosts an open-air opera festival every summer. The archeological site of Monte Rinaldo will give you a glance of what the area was over two thousand years ago.

Beach, mountains and parks

The famous sandy beaches of the Adriatic sea are mere 20 minutes from the Villa – lively seaside areas with picturesque rows of umbrellas on the beaches with blue flag certification, seafront promenades full of ice cream shops, beach bars and lots of sun.

For those who prefer the quiet of nature, National Park Monti Sibillini offers a unique experience – itineraries on foot, bicycle or in car will take you to hidden medieval villages and show you breathtaking views, all in the open with a bit of exercise. The National Park of Conero Mountain on the other hand combines mountain with sea – unlike other beach areas, the park is more wild, beaches are pebbled and coast is rocky with little caves and crystal blue waters.

Grotte di Frasassi

The cave system of Grotte di Frassassi represents one of the most important destinations in Italy. One of the biggest karst cave systems in Europe, it contains a magic underground world that you can visit in one of the proposed types of tour. Outside in the open you will find lots of culinary opportunities as well (including produce matured in the caves) and numerous romantic places to pay visit.

Hospitality, cuisine and local produce

While nature, history and countryside are important in Le Marche, our real pride lies with the local produce. Our cuisine is our passion – from wines to cured meats, cheeses, fruit and vegetables to oil and honey. Whether you go for modern innovative cuisine or traditional recipes, we can guarantee an outstanding level of quality. Try the products directly at the source – visit local workshops and listen to the stories of those that for generations dedicate their passion to the territory. Nearby Mille Querce you can find many workshops, restaurants and little family places where to experience local hospitality: at zero kilometers, great quality and attention to every detail.

Shopping made in Italy

The Marche region is home to Italian shoe makers as many shopping outlets prove it – Tod’s, Loriblu, Prada, Geox, Nero Giardini, Cesare Paciotti and many others. But its more than just shoes and handbags – oil, honey, cheese, beer, wine, ceramics, art and much more are there waiting to be discovered.

Local events and activities

Sferisterio of Macerata, an ancient amphitheater, becomes a venue of one of the most popular events in the world of opera – open-air summer opera festival.
In Le Marche, every village, small or large, organizes summer festivals, celebrations or historical remembrances, focused on local history, tradition and that great food we all love, accompanied by music and performing arts – an evening to enjoy in company of family and friends during summer, have fun, try some great food and enjoy yourselves.
